I guess that they just changed the windows in the command tower / captain's living quarter to blue. I wish they had increased the length of the ship instead of scaling up the ship to 333 meters , scaling up to 333m makes the ship look short especially in the front of the ship.



I wonder whether Andromeda 2202 has the same size as the one in the original anime!? If they increased the size of Yamato 2199 to 333 meters long , shouldn't Andromeda 2202 increase her size proportionally since the original Andromeda is a bigger ship than Yamato!?

Andromeda  2202 has longer cannon beams and the Twin Wave Motion Guns openings are angled , the ship has some new markings.

I always thought Matsumoto sensei's design of the Andromeda was a better design than Yamato.
