Duchess Satin of Mandalore is the new leader of the Council of Neutral Systems representing 1500 worlds who don't want to be involved in the war. Rumour was spread to the Republic Senate suggesting the Duchess is building an army to fight with the Separatists. Obi-Wan-Kenobi was sent by the Jedi council to investigate.
